There is bad blood between Taylor Swift and an author.

The singer is accused of ripping off the book that accompanied her album.

A complaint was filed in a Tennessee federal court. Teresa La Dart claimed that elements from her book (LOVER) were used in Swift's book.

The books are the same format as a recollection of past years, according to La Dart.

Both covers feature "pastel" pinks and blues, as well as an image of the author in a downward pose.

The inner book design, specifically the "Interspersed photographs and writings," also violated her copyrights, according to the complaint.

E! News has reached out to Swift's reps but have not yet heard back.
